1. OVERVIEW & AGREEMENT

By browsing FESTVLGEAR.COM, purchasing ready-made items, or submitting custom project requests, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS & ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS

When submitting custom text, logos, or artwork through our Custom Studio or Vendor Inquiry forms:

• You confirm that you own or possess the rights to use any submitted images, logos, or custom text.
• You grant FESTVLGEAR a non-exclusive license to reproduce the submitted design solely for fabricating your order.
• Because custom items are handcrafted to your specific text/artwork, approved custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed on FESTVLGEAR.COM are in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely at checkout via Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product details prior to order confirmation.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Once dispatched, a tracking code will be emailed to you. FESTVLGEAR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

5. PRODUCT USE & CARE

FESTVLGEAR products contain electronic LED components and micro-wiring designed for nightlife, festival, rave, and cosplay entertainment. Products should be handled with care, kept dry unless specified otherwise, and operated using recommended battery voltage.
